This place is amazing! My partner and I planned to join and went for a few days—we absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, our plans changed, and we couldn't stay in the area as long as we had hoped. The owner is incredibly nice and welcoming, and we really appreciated the strong sense of community here. The coaches were fantastic as well.
If you're new to fitness, don't be intimidated—the coaches are very nice, informative and provide clear instructions. We saw people of all ages and fitness levels, which made for an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.
For those who have been into fitness for a while—like my partner and me—we loved the opportunity to mix up our routines and take on new challenges. And trust me, they delivered! We're gym rats, yet the workouts still managed to push us in just the right way—sore, but not over the top.







So glad I found Strive4Fitness. Personal training creates momentum by progressing my weight during sessions which also helps keep me stay motivated to do my own workouts outside the gym. It’s a low key atmosphere which I prefer over big box gym vibes. The classes are challenging and they’re always changing it up. I’ve seen noticeable improvement in my strength and tone backed up by the scan metrics that indicate I’ve built muscle and lost fat. It’s the highlight of my week!
Strive is more than a gym! It’s a place of community where everyone is rooting for your wellbeing and fitness goals! Classes are well organized and are run by a group of highly motivated and skilled trainers. I enjoy that there are many different class times and that each class offers something different. Definitely would recommend Strive to anyone looking to kickstart their fitness, or challenge themselves to continue on their fitness journey!
The gym has loads of equipment and is kept clean and well organized. People are friendly and supportive (and most of all, non-judgemental) and the owner, Carlin, is there for whatever you need. I highly recommend Strive!
