SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Training sessions for 2-4 people

Have a few friends who love (or hate) to work out as much as you? Small group training was made for you and your fitness pals! Combine the best of both worlds with training sessions that incorporate elements of personal training and group fitness. Our trainers will hold you and your friends accountable to achieving your goals, together!

NUTRITION COUNSELING

1-on-1 coaching sessions

Hate dieting? Us too. If you're ready to maximize your fitness journey, getting the right nutrients is key. In these sessions, you'll work one-on-one with our in-house nutrition experts, to achieve your health, wellness, and nutrition goals - and KEEP them!

Individual or group training sessions for athletes ages 10-18 years old

With off-season performance training, athletes can return to competition season in the best shape possible! Our skilled athletic trainers are here to help your athlete improve balance, flexibility, motivation, athleticism, and perseverance, and more.
