BOOTCAMP

This class is a fan favorite for anyone who's short on time, but still wants a killer workout! Our bootcamps are designed to shred fat, burn calories, and build muscle by keeping your body moving through a dynamic workout routine. This class targets all muscle groups for a full-body workout, but our trainers may rotate classes to focus on different muscle groups and keep you sweating! These classes are available 7 days a week and have been rated the #1 Bootcamps in the Greater Milwaukee Area. What's not to love?

KICKBOXING

Our cardio-based kickboxing class will get your heart pumping in no time. We combine martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio to deliver a high-energy workout to challenge both beginners and elite athletes alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout!

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Join us for a class that does just what it says - strengthen and condition your body and mind. This class focuses on weight training and aerobic conditioning to build muscle (which helps your body burn more calories at rest!) and lose fat. These techniques will help you build a strong body with endurance, power, speed, agility and performance. Classes rotate around different muscle groups each week. From beginner to advanced, this is a workout made for everyone!

CORE CONDITIONING

This class is all things core. We designed this workout to build core muscle groups through a variety of exercises and equipment. Get ready to strengthen your abdomen, back, and pelvic floor muscles to improve your coordination, flexibility, and posture. We like to think of it as building the foundation for the rest of your muscle groups (can you say fitness hack?). It's a class you surely can't go without!

Stretching Fitness

STRETCH & MOBILITY

Join us for a class all about slowing it down and stretching it out! This class not only focuses on static (hold still) stretching, but also works on mobility (joint movement) to ensure you're able to use your full range of motion - in and out of the gym! Our trainers help you use your own body weight, limb support, and other stretching props to work on both muscular flexibility and joint mobility for a body that not only looks good, but feels good!
